Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation starts will qualify for full reimbursement. For cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation begins, you'll receive a 50% reimbursement. Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 7 days won't be eligible for a refund unless you have written approval from management. Contact SandHollowRentals@gmail.com for questions.
If your reservation was made through Airbnb, Marriott Homes & Villas, or an Expedia Partner, please note that these companies maintain unique cancellation policies. We advise contacting them directly to cancel your reservation.
