Casa Cielo (C03)

The Host was excellent to work with. Very friendly and quick to respond. As for the property the home was not very clean. The patio was very dirty. The stools and the kitchen table chairs were falling apart. No broom to sweep up after we ate. There isn’t a single rug in the house. My grandson came in from the pool to go to the restroom and slipped and fell on the floor going back out because the floor was a little wet with no rugs to stand on. Not sure that we would go back and stay at the specific home.

This was a great place for a large family Vacation. Check in was a little confusing, but management did help out right away. Pool was very hot, I would suggest having the cover off before guests come to cool it off a bit. There were a few cleanliness issues, like crayon on the wall, hooks not secured in bathrooms, pillows a bit yellow and exposed,and sheets not clean in a few of the rooms, but overall it was a comfortable stay. There were a few tv issues as well, and not enough forks for our large family, but those complaints are minor compared to the great time we had in the large space. It was close to so many fun things, including Zion, a lake, and shopping like Walmart. Would definitely recommend for a larger group!

Pool towels are not provided for the property even thought there is a private pool. I had to pay 1.00 per pool towel to get them brought to the house. One garage code wasn't working so we could only access that garage by going through the house. The place was spacious and perfect for a group gathering and I loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom(s). Check out and clean up required was easy as well.

The location was great. The whole place was very nicely decorated. The dual bathrooms in the bunkrooms were fantastic. Everyone elses reviews seem to like the cleanliness but we felt like the cleaning crew wasn't very thorough for our stay. Just an FYI for anyone considering this place: the twin beds in the bunk rooms could barely hold a toddler without them feeling all of the springs through it, so don't plan on those beds for any adults. All of the other beds were memory foam and were fine (VERY firm though).

Great location and excellent rental. Furnished very well with tons of space for all. The grandkids lived the pool with access to the community pool.
