The RyAnne (D11)

House was nice we were not aware that 2 of the bedrooms were completely disconnected from the rest of the house that wasn’t stated in the description. The garage door code never opened the garage door the broken causing someone to walk around the house every time you left and came back, threshold on the front door was a tripping hazard high chair was left outside and disintegrated when you touched it so it wasn’t useable. we put in a maintenance request for several things and nothing was done. Community pool was dirty needed to be cleaned and filled. The pool code only opened the door furthest away and not the entrance closest to the house. There were also 5 sun lounging chairs in the pool that we had to pull out before we could use it. Trash littered the front lawn and nobody picked it up or cut the grass the whole week we were there. The private house pool is very shallow because of the heat it’s very hot like a hot tub with no jets. The cover was left on but it wasn’t useable because it was so hot the community pool was cooler and close enough to use. The house is big the rooms are great the bathrooms are great. The home is run by a large rental management company and maybe that’s the difference. The lack of response to fixing things that are broken and caused irritation during the trip like the garage door not working and the broken threshold was irritating. I will say when we arrived there was no pack and play and they did make sure one was brought to us.

While we enjoyed the stay at the property there were certain things that prevents us from giving the property a 5 star rating. The arcade game screen is burned out, the coffee maker didnt come with a pot (took 4 days getting that issue figured out), the cooking essentials were severly lacking or in poor quality, wish the pool would have had a skimmer so we could have kept up with bugs etc that was in the pool, locking up the house when leaving for excursions were frustrating, the threshold of the front door was missing and we had an inch gap under the front door for the first two days until we found it thrown under the palm tree in the front and placed it where it was suppose to be (it was still loose and we tripped over it often), noise fron the neighbors into the late night (houses are attached and very close so take that into account), we could tell the property was managed by a company and not individual owner since the property showed wear and tear.

Very large bedrooms and each bedroom had s bathroom. Air conditioner worked great too. Kitchen wax stocked with kitchen ware and extra silverware and dishes. Super quiet neighborhood.

The property was easy to find, nice location, and a wonderful big table for Thanksgiving. Pet friendly. Clean. I thought the cost was a bit much, but maybe it's because it was a holiday weekend.

My familia and I had a very pleasant time at this property. The area was close to rentals and a supermarket. Except for the garage code not working it was very inconvenient for us. I would of given a 5
