Zion's Ridge (J09)

Great!

The house was beautiful and had a great setup for our large group. The kids especially loved the bunk room and waterslide. The location was also fantastic—convenient to Zion, St. George, Hurricane, Bryce Canyon, and the surrounding state parks.Our stay had a bit of a rough start, though. The cleaning crew was about 30 minutes behind our check-in and didn’t respond when we tried to speak with them. We found crumbs in one of the cabinets, the grill hadn’t been cleaned, and there was a missing smoke detector along with another that needed new batteries. As a result, the alarm beeped every minute for the first five hours or so of our stay. Someone eventually came out and worked on the issues until around 11 p.m.The hot tub also wasn’t heating properly for the first half of the week until someone came by and showed us how to adjust the temperature settings on the back of the house.It took a couple of days to get everything sorted out, but after that we had a wonderful stay. The team seemed to be new, but they were apologetic and worked to resolve the issues. While we wish the beginning of our vacation had gone more smoothly, the home itself is gorgeous, the location is excellent, and we ended up having a great time.

Great place to stay to explore Zion National Park and all of the state parks located around the area. Beds were comfy and it was clean.

It is a gorgeous home with plenty of room. We had 18 which included 10 children one of whom was an infant. Every one had plenty of room and comfortable beds. The pool and spa, though small, was an excellent respite from the 104 temperature and a great place to be together.

Location was great and for a group of 8 guys there was plenty of room. Host was very accommodating and very easy checking in and out.
